Flying in the Storm (Part 7)

Unless Paolo Lazzarotti and the customer do specifically agree otherwise in writing, all shipments are billed to the customer and made as per UPS int’l service using packaging and shipping methods selected by Paolo Lazzarotti. There are additional charges for Express Service and Oversized Items, to be determined in any instance.

The customer should understand that any date of delivery is only an estimate and we will have no liability for late or partial deliveries. Paolo Lazzarotti can process the order with available items at stock in 10 working days. Delivery time with out of stock items will be notified to the customer.

Paolo Lazzarotti has no responsibility for loss or damage to the goods after we have delivered them to any common carrier. Pricing may vary according to the distance.

After acceptance by Paolo Lazzarotti, the customer’s order is not subject to cancellation, change, reduction in amounts, or suspension or delay of shipment, except with Paolo Lazzarotti written consent. Paolo Lazzarotti may cancel the order in the following cases:

• Paolo Lazzarotti costs have exceeded selling price to customer;
• Paolo Lazzarotti is unable to provide product due to factors beyond his owncontrol.

To return any product, the customer must contact Paolo Lazzarotti within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, this is still required; however, unless otherwise provided in a specific warranty, Return Authorizations are valid 14 days from issue. All returned products are subject to inspection and approval by Paolo Lazzarotti before issuing credit or replacement. Products should be packaged in an adequate carton box. Shipping charge are not refunded. Credit order refunds are issued to the credit card or Paolo Lazzarotti's open account to which the Product was charged.
